The 8-to-15-seat category is hired at the same rate of €350 incl. VAT per day, whether you are 9 or 15. Filling the vehicle is therefore the most direct lever on the cost per person — and above 15, the midibus mechanically beats two minibuses.

The line that matters: at 18 passengers, a single midibus at €500 costs €200 less per day than two minibuses at €350, with one driver and one meeting point. Worth remembering if your group is just above 15.
