How much does an organised coach trip cost per person?
A coach is priced per vehicle and per day, never per passenger. The price per person is derived from it: the day rate divided by the number of passengers actually on board. That is why a half-empty coach costs twice as much per head as a full one.

How long can the driver drive in a day?
European driving-time rules apply to every coach with driver in France, whatever the operator. In practice a very long day is planned with a rest period, and the longest journeys are run with two drivers. Give the departure time and the time of the last return in your request: we tell you in writing whether one driver is enough.
What if a participant uses a wheelchair?
The wheelchair-accessible bus, 20 to 50 seats, €800 incl. VAT per day, takes 4 to 5 wheelchairs per vehicle. There is no limit to the number of wheelchairs for the trip as a whole: several accessible vehicles are coordinated in the same convoy, with one contact and one quote.
